Bangus Festival is an annual festival in Dagupan City, Pangasinan held every month of April. It started in 2002 through former mayor Benjamin S. Lim, who wished to emphasize the local bangus(milkfish) industry and promote Dagupan as the Bangus Capital of the World.

Bangus Festival was originally part of the Pista’y Dayat, a two-week socio-economic program and thanksgiving celebration. In 2003, the Guinness Book of World Records recognized the “Kalutan ed Dagupan” as the Longest Barbecue of the World.
